Job Responsibilities

Response all the customer and Runner created incident and the transferred incident from other team in time
On-call need to investigate the root cause and troubleshooting or transfer to right team or join bridge group and work with other colleague
Summary root case and action steps for each incident

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or with a similar major

Working experience with focus in areas such as application develop / UX develop / services develop will be added advantage

Familiar with Kusto / Sql as we need to check log data in DB

Good writing, documentation, and communication skills in Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent understanding of develop workflow and knowledge of customer issues as a great plus

Passion and experience for building great developer experience and user experience of modern analytics systems

Familiar with open-source components like Spark ecosystem as a plus

Great curiosity and willingness to question

High enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced competitive environment

Have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with teams across the world, find win / win solutions and celebrate successes

Get excited by the challenge of hard technical problems
