Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards QA engineering best practices across the Engineering function.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure high-quality digital banking experiences.
  • Design, create, and execute well-structured manual and automated test suites for applications under your care.
  • Actively contribute to test documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, Issue List).
  • Advocate for test automation adoption, aligning with the established test strategy.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing tools.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of in-house testing tools and related source code.
  • Design, evaluate, and communicate test solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documented test steps and test results.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration and performance test.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Automation Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing design and methodologies.
  • Experience in RobotFramework, API Testing is Mandate.
  • Experience in exploratory testing and regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience in API testing and automated API testing.
  • Experience in mobile application testing across Android and iOS.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD platforms (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodology or a lean startup approach to software development.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience in manual and automated testing covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
