- 處理客戶訂單、查詢及投訴
- 協調並提升營運效率與使用者滿意度
- 支援平台日常營運安排
我們需要這樣的你 :
精通中文,具備英文溝通能力熟悉電腦操作(基本打字能力)持有 SPM / UEC 或同等以上學歷無需經驗,提供完整帶薪培訓有客服經驗者優先考慮福利亮點 :
