Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Escalate complex matters to relevant departments when necessary
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with company offerings, processes, and system updates
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (remote experience is an advantage)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyProficiency in using CRM tools, email systems, and other communication platformsReliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspaceAbility to manage time effectively in a remote working environmentJob Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
