PLC PROGRAMMER

Responsibilities

Logic Design & Programming : Develop and implement PLC logic using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams across various platforms. HMI / SCADA Integration : Configure and optimize HMI and SCADA systems to enhance user control and data visualization. Troubleshooting & Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve PLC logic, wiring, and network communication issues on-site or remotely. Documentation : Create and maintain I / O lists, wiring diagrams, system schematics, and functional design specifications for automation projects. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends, adopt new technologies, and ensure compliance with safety and automation standards. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on automation solutions. Qualifications

Technical Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve system malfunctions. Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes thoroughly. Adaptability to new technologies, evolving standards, and diverse environments. 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation. Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols. Willingness to travel for installations and support (if required). Proficient in using AutoCAD Electrical is advantageous.
