Facilities Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility operations. This role also includes monitoring building systems to ensure optimal functionality, conducting preventive maintenance, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly. The Facilities Technician will work closely with the facility management team to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and equipment within the facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Skills in general facility operations, including maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and address facility-related issues
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred
• Prior experience in facilities management or maintenance is a plus
