About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at RUSHOE INDUSTRIES SDN BHD'. This full-time position is based in Puchong or JB and will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage client inquiries and concerns
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to build a strong professional network especially in the MnE & Construction line.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the same industry
  • Background in Civil & Structural and Construction industry will be great added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
