With over 80% of our business serving international markets, we’re expanding our team to strengthen our after-sales and customer support operations.

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Parts Sales Executive who is passionate about problem-solving, attentive to detail, and committed to building strong customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the key bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring every issue, inquiry, and spare parts request is handled with care and precision.

What You’ll Do :

• Attend to customer complaints and service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
• Handle parts sales - from quotation and stock checking to shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all communication meets our quality standards.
• Support key accounts and overseas customers to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
