Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will support the Fashion Designer in developing collections across Activewear, Loungewear, and Shapewear, with a focus on trend research, design execution, and photoshoot preparation.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion and strong technical design skills who is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trend and market research to identify seasonal colours, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Prepare mood boards and inspiration decks to support collection development.
- Assist in sketching, CAD drawings, and digital illustrations for Activewear, Loungewear, and Shapewear.
- Support in preparing design presentations for internal reviews and management approval.
- Assist in photoshoot preparation : coordinating looks, styling items, and ensuring design accuracy.
- Maintain design archives, digital files, and seasonal design libraries.
- Organize and track design samples in collaboration with the Fashion Designer.
