H2R Data & Operation - Process Executive

Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for all escalated HR related queries from employees and partners.
  • Organise and maintain employee records in a HR Shared Services hub.
  • Co-ordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits.
  • Co-ordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines :
  • Initiate Hire and create employee profile in Workday.
  • Process Job change transaction in Workday (Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, Transfer, etc).
  • Process Termination.
  • Issue transactional letters.
  • Manage standard queries thru Case Management system for daily operation.
  • Manage and maintain e-filing management system.
  • Support Senior & Team Lead as & when required.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years related experience in shared service environment preferably within human resources function.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic office procedures & human resources function.
  • Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources & cases management system - SAP / Workday.
  • Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in similar human resources positions.
  • Proven administrative support experience.
  • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS.
