Overview

Astino is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the dynamic sales team. In this full-time role based in Northern Region (Penang & Kedah), you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on sales performance and pipeline
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a passion for continuous self-improvement
  • Valid driver\'s license and own transportation (for outdoor sales activities)
  • Able to outstation within Northern Region if required
