You will

Ensure the quality of the Food & Beverage service, implementation of and adherence to standards across the services within the scope of their responsibility (kitchen, bar, restaurant, steward and wine advisor services)

Ensure consistency in the guest offering (guest experience, personalisation, handling of complaints, etc.) in line with Club Med standards

Develop budget targets, and implement action plans to ensure achieving set targets

Manage, supervise and assist teams in terms of development and achieving qualitative and quantitative results

Ensure adherence to legal and commercial sales procedures in the resort and the appropriation thereof by the teams

Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as that the maintenance of the resort's assets
