- Monitoring team sales performance and ensure submissions on daily basis in line with bank’s target.
- Having joint discussions with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
- Working with Line Managers to plan daily / weekly / monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.
- Acting promptly on leads and follow up activity, in order to close the sale.
- To organize roadshows and corporate counter on a weekly basis.
- To ensure submissions by staffs are within the Bank’s guideline and ensure document authentication in order to minimize fraud cases.
- To ensure Head Count target are met.
- Training and coaching of staff.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, during roadshows / events and during working hours.
- Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank’s business and profession.
- Treating all customer’s information as confidential.
- Avoiding aggressive and offensive sales practices.
- To comply with PDPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related guidelines.
