Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) : ArchiCAD / AutoCAD / Sketchup Software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Able to work overtime if required. Able to start work ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and details, including 3D models and construction documents, in accordance with project specifications
- Prepare and submit documentation to local authorities, liaise with officers on compliance matters, and follow up on submission status
- Communicating with designer and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
