Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager based in Pengerang. The Construction Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, project planning, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating site teams, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring timelines are met. The manager will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence at the site.

• Proven expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
• Strong skills in Planning and coordination of construction activities
• Experience in Cost Control and Budgeting to effectively manage resources and expenses
• Ability to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred
• Experience in similar roles with a proven track record of successful project execution
