Role Description

This is a role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, providing consulting services to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, discussing their needs, proposing suitable renewable energy solutions, and providing exceptional customer service during and after the sales process. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and staying updated on industry trends and products.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
