Technical Delivery Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, helping to resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and capabilities.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical teams. Prerequisites
• At least more than 5 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role
• Strong technical background with expertise in the specified technical skills
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Technical Skills

• Technologies : JavaScript, OAuth2, Angular, Web Services (SOAP / REST), Microservices, JMS, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Frameworks : Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Hibernate, Angular
• Databases : Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2
• Defect Management and Review Tools : Jira
• Build Tools : Maven, npm, Yarn, Gradle
• Distributed / Web Environments : JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, Nginx
• Cloud Computing Services : AWS (optional, but an advantage)
• Repository Management Tools : Git
• DevOps Tools : Jenkins, Docker
• Other Technologies : Skills related to Spring Cloud would be an add-on.
