Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
  • Able to Communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
  • Non Muslim are welcomed to apply.
  • Hardworking, Responsible and Good Attitude.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in shopping mall, sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Submit operation and sales reports required.
  • Identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance with Cuura guidelines.
  • Good Salary with Basic + Commission.
  • Working Location – TRX Exchange

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operation of retail outlet and meet sales target.
  • Attend to customers enquiries and provide optimum assistant.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure that inventory is kept at reasonable level and involve in periodical stock take.
  • Conduct live sessions at retail store to promote products and engage customers
  • To handle retail outlet social media activities such as content creation, live events and etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
