CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Solve all owners’ complaints or requests.
• Inform and request permission from the owner when the tenant has a special request.
• Set up new room rates for a new project, coordinate with the Developer if there is a new buyer.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and in a friendly / professional manner.
• Participate in the open day on the weekend (Occasionally).
