Job Requirements :

Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Junior positions.
Familiar with Box Build Assembly processes, with good knowledge of efficient product manufacturing practices.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage engineering deliverables for new projects, covering the entire cycle from product development to mass production.

Design manufacturing processes, establish process controls, develop line layouts, and plan capacity for assigned new products.

Prepare and maintain process documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.

Ensure product compliance in terms of form, fit, and function, while handling troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Act as the key communication link for project engineering deliverables with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Lead and execute all build phases of assigned projects.

Track all open issues during each build phase and drive timely resolution before moving to the next phase.

Salary Range : RM3k - RM5k

Working days : Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
