  • Prepare and update doctors' weekly and monthly schedules.
  • Update locum information, including attendance, vouchers, and statements.
  • Coordinate and invite doctors for Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
  • Maintain and update patient data records.
  • Draft and prepare company memos, letters, and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Handle building utility applications (in coordination with the Operations Associate).
  • Request quotations and liaise with suppliers related to clinic operations (excluding medical supplies / medications.
  • Review and manage clinic bills, clinic licenses, vehicle licenses, and parking lot arrangements.
  • File, organize, and manage company documents systematically.
  • Monitor and check HQ stationery inventory; raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for replenishment.
  • Review and manage incoming emails for all branches.
  • Update and maintain company asset records, including additions and disposals.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

    Education :

    • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
    • Experience :

    • Administrative (with account basis) : 1 year (Required)
    • Language :

    • Malay (Preferred)
