Construction Manager - Construction Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering and construction projects, with a strong emphasis on high-rise building developments . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery within time, cost, quality, and safety standards, while managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all civil works activities for assigned projects.
• Oversee construction progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership in high-rise construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and adherence to project milestones.
• Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities, preparing reports and progress updates.
• Mitigate project risks and ensure smooth handover of completed works.
