We export halal-certified Malaysian products to countries across the world — and now we’re expanding our Alibaba.com export team!

What You’ll Do

Reply to Alibaba.com buyer inquiries (B2B customers)
Prepare quotations & product lists for overseas buyers
Follow up with potential customers
Coordinate with our warehouse & logistics team for orders
Help update product listings and pricing on Alibaba
Support the sales team on daily tasks & communications

Working Hours

Full Time

Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

Saturday 8AM to 1PM

Public Holidays (follow major holidays in calendar)

✅ Good English (spoken & written) – you’ll be chatting with global buyers

✅ Organized, responsible & good with follow-ups

✅ Fast learner, positive attitude, and team player

✅ Comfortable using basic Excel / Word

✅ Passionate about international trade & FMCG

✨ Bonus points if you’ve used Alibaba.com or handled export-related tasks before!

What You’ll Get

RM3,000 – RM4,500 / month (depending on experience)
