Obligated to comply with all safety rules (including PPE use) applicable in the assigned area.

Comply with the instructions received from your superior for the performance of the assigned task responsibly and safely for yourself and for others.

To comply with working hours as to ensure the target can be achieved based on cycle time set.

To ensure the output of product per shift is achievable based on the production target / production plan.

To ensure to follow the Working Instruction (WI) during the assemble of the products.

To ensure cleanliness in the workplace to operate in safety and greater efficiency.

To ensure correct use of the equipment, tools and spare parts while assemble the product to avoid quality issue.

To assemble the goods while guaranteeing its quality requirements (frequency production controls).

To assemble machinery and tooling supervision and basic debugging / solving machine alarms and / or cycle stops.

To load and unload product from the assembly line different stations with ergonomic steps.

To visually inspect the final product against defect such as surface defect, chips presence, burrs, contaminant and / or any visual non-conformity

To have a problem-solving mindset and skills in case of quality issue and / or product performance non-compliance, by a deep understanding of the product functions.

To report any quality issue that have detected either on products or machinery (eg : abnormal noise on test rig)

To ensure to do the 5S before end of the shift.

To highlight any material defect to shift leader.

To highlight any material insufficient for the particular workstation as earliest as possible without affecting the production line.

To ensure to work / maintain the positive working environment in line (eg; no shouting, provocation, harassment)

To report any absenteeism to leaders (e.g., MC, Emergency Leave, Paternity, etc)

To comply any work instruction / policy / given by the Company / Management / Superior from time to time.
