Responsibilities

• Handling and coordinating the arrangement from pre‑visit, during visit and post‑visit.
• Preparing and customizing the itinerary based on guest's preferences.
• Coordinating with other business units on the VIP Tour arrangement such as Food & Beverage, Retail, Security, Park Experience and Attraction.
• Handling VIP Lounge to ensure it always clean and comfortable for guests.
• Ensuring Food & Beverage stocks always available and get replenished when running low.
• Promoting and upselling VIP Experience Package, events such as Team Building, Family Day.
• Assisting in events operations on events like Team Building, Family Day, Birthday Parties.
