Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Muar. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. The role involves handling payments, petty cash, invoices, and preparing documents for audit. The candidate will also assist management in planning cash flow and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration .
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in accountingfield.
• Candidates with accounting experience in manufacturing or trading companies are preferred, even if they hold a SPM or diploma only.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
• Familiar with accounting systems (ex : UBS / autocount)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia& Mandarin.
• Good understanding of petty cash management, payment flow, and audit preparation .
