你的工作内容

  • 规划与执行 Webinar / 产品发布的广告与销售漏斗
  • 撰写清晰简短的广告 brief 与绩效报告
  • 研究市场趋势与竞争对手，寻找新机会
  • 产出高转化率的广告与landing page
  • 分析数据、提出能提升业绩的策略与建议
  • 管理广告预算、项目时程，确保每个活动顺利推进
  • 与合作伙伴对接沟通，确保流程顺畅

如果你符合以下特质，你会非常适合

  • 有 2 年以上实际操作广告的经验 （Meta / YouTube）
  • 主动积极 ，问题还没被发现你就已经解决了
  • 有系统思维、数据敏感 （Google Sheet 是你好朋友）
  • 在压力下依然冷静， 学习力强 ， 不找借口
  • 沟通能力强 ，能让人一看就懂你的表达和报告
  • 保持正面能量，不抱怨， 只解决问题

    • 工作模式

  • 主要在 Selangor 办公室上班（稳定时可远程工作）
  • 需配合会议、拍摄日、活动或 Markethon 出席现场
  • 工作节奏快，不废话、不拖延、没有人会 “babysit看着你做事”

    What You’ll Do

  • Plan and run ads + funnels for webinars and product launches
  • Write simple, clear ad briefs and performance reports
  • Study market trends and competitors to find new ideas
  • Create high-performing ads and landing pages
  • Share practical insights and suggest ways to scale results
  • Manage budget, project timelines, and keep every campaign on track
  • Liaise with partners for smooth campaign running

    • You’ll Fit If You Are

  • Experienced in performance marketing (2+ yrs preferred)
  • Proactive problem solver : fix before told
  • Highly organized & data-driven (Google Sheets is your bestie)
  • Calm under pressure, fast learner, zero excuses
  • Great communicator : both with data & people
  • Positive energy : no drama, only solutions
  • (Bonus) Perfectionist - because details = results

    • Working Style

  • Work primarily from Selangor office (remote flexibility when results are solid)
  • On-site for meetings / campaign launches / filming days / markethon
  • Fast-paced, no-nonsense, zero babysitting culture

    • Compensation

  • RM4,000 – RM6,000 / month (negotiable based on skill)
