About the job Customer Service Executive - Mandarin Speaker - Johor Baharu

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing & Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.

What you will do :

Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service issues.
Provide accurate product / service information and exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.

What makes you a good fit :

Minimum age 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing) and English.

Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (24 / 7 support).

Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask

Able to work 5.5 days per week

Able to work on rotational shifts (24-hour coverage)

Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
