Key Responsibilities :

To provide engineering / technical support for dealers worldwide.
To assist in preparing design drawings, including AutoCAD 2D or 3D by using Revit, including bill of materials and maintenance-related documents, namely troubleshooting guides and maintenance guides / manuals for components.
Collaborate with interdepartments to resolve technical (operational & component) issues and ensure consistency & accuracy of design and respond in order to ensure minimum error in material fabrication & site installation.
To brainstorm, discuss, and draft a new proposal or suggestion for company products & system improvement. This will include calculations, dimensions, and problem-solving steps as needed.
To travel & attend meetings when necessary.

Requirement :

Minimum Degree in mechanical engineering / equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.

Independent, proactive, result-oriented, and possess technical skills.

Confidence in presentation skills.

Good command of English with the ability to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel overseas

Preferably knowledgeable & competent in Autocad
