Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the System Analyst team in gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technical solutions.
Support system implementation tasks, including testing, deployment, and upgrades.
Provide basic technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues under supervision.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as workflows, user manuals, and process diagrams.
Collaborate with Software Developers and System Analysts to align technical solutions with business needs and contribute to functional requirement discussions.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Proactive and willing to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Exposure to databases (e.g., SQL) and foundational coding skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
