Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT / strata title matters.
  • Follow-up and coordinate with the Project team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application.
  • Ensure that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sales and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings & collections, vacant possession.
  • Attend timely to the SPA, loan documentations to facilitate the bank loan draw down.
  • Monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame.
  • To attend promptly to reconciliation matter or discrepancies raised by Account Department.
  • To prepare all the relevant reports as required by the management in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Perform any duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent disciplines.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Responsible, independent, positive working attitude, teamwork and able to meet deadlines.
