Job Description

Lead, manage, and enhance day-to-day logistics operations to meet business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize transport and distribution processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Oversee resource planning, including staffing and equipment allocation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe and secure logistics environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Logistics Manager should have :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5-6 years in a senior managerial role within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing logistics.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, international logistics, and trade compliance.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Excellent analytical skills in costing, P&L, and process optimization.

Self-starter with a track record of delivering results independently and collaboratively.
