Penerangan pekerjaanLead the annual budgeting process for the asset management division, including capital expenditure planning. Monitor budgetary performance and implement measures to control costs and improve financial efficiency. Provide financial forecasts and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities and asset acquisitions. Assess and manage financial risks associated with the company’s asset portfolio. Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate asset performance and investment returns. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and best practices. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and financial information. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team within the asset management department. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters related to asset management. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plans and initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support long-term planning and growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and partners. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the asset management department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
