Main product of the company is the advanced conductive pastes. iSilver Materials (Malaysia) SDN BHD is located in Kulim, Kedah and the headquarter (Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd) is in China Jiangsu Sheng. Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, and has a total of 70 patents. We are looking for a Service / Technical Engineer to enhance our technical support capabilities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding product. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating problems as necessary. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of projects. Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of products. Develop technical documentation, manuals, and guidelines for internal and external use. Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities as required. Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and equipment inventory. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or related field. Proven experience as a service engineer or similar technical role. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
