Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier / Service Crew to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur International Airport location. This full-time position will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling all cash and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions at the point of sale
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth operation
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and bar / beverage operations
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Staff will be required to work 10 hours
