Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is for an Account Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client communications, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various teams to deliver optimal solutions and services to clients.

• Account Management, Client Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Business Development and Identifying New Business Opportunities skills
• Team Coordination and Project Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
