Penerangan pekerjaanProvide / conduct training to consumers (pre / post purchase) 提供顾客产品培训,讲解新品资讯 Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation 协助解决顾客对产品使用的疑问 Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product. 协助推广门店产品给目标客户群 Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap. 参与及协助门店举办的座谈会 Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers 整理客户培训报告、数据,汇报上级 Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication. 与顾客有良好的交流提供正确的使用心得 Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards company's objective. 协助店长与培训师处理店面业务工作
Requirements
- At least SPM certification
- 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in other related industries are welcome
- Excellence verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Out-going, energetic and able to work with public
- Detailed oriented
- Basic Microsoft Office Skill
- Retail : 1 year (Preferred)
