Position : Assistant Boutique Manager – Full Time

Location : PJ : Sunway Pyramid

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in daily store operations and team supervision.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding brand experience.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury brands.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty, with excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.

    • Able to work on retail shifts (weekends and public holidays)

  • Preferable Female (Malaysian ONLY)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Support Mandarin-speaking customers)

    • Remuneration package :

  • Basic RM 3,500.00 – RM 5, Subject to exp)
  • Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 – RM 2,500.00 / month)
  • Product Claim (RM 1,200.00 / annum)
  • 14 days annual leave
  • Insurance & Panel covered (AIA)
  • 5-6 days work / week
  • 6 days' off / month
  • 8 hours work and 1 hour break / day
