Overview

At Haris&Co, we’re redefining how brands connect with people. As a Senior Social Media Strategist , you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for brands working with us and the team, driving their social presence from concept to execution.

You’ll design and implement customized strategies , craft content calendars, lead influencer campaigns, and oversee daily execution. With complete ownership of brand performance, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results.

This role demands a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership . You’ll work closely with writers, designers, production teams, and junior strategists — mentoring and guiding them to deliver on-brand, high-quality content. From community engagement and paid ads to reporting and trend-spotting, you’ll handle the A-to-Z of social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brands, handling complete social media marketing activities.
  • Build tailored strategies, captions, and content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee daily posting, engagement, and content approvals.
  • Conduct trend research and integrate timely ideas into brand strategies.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use and explore platforms like Meta Suite, Sprout Social, ManyChat, Bik, and AI tools to optimize output.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and production teams for impactful campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior strategists and interns.
  • Represent brands in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and pitches.
  • Occasionally participate in on-screen content (voice-overs, acting, or presenting).
  • Be open to domestic and international travel for meetings, shoots, or departmental needs.
  • Ensure content calendars are submitted one month in advance with buffer content ready.
  • Align with department heads and team leads for growth and expansion planning.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management / strategy.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid campaigns, ads manager, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent content writing skills (captions, hooks, storytelling).
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Familiarity with social media automation and AI-driven tools.
  • Strong leadership, team mentoring, and client-facing skills.
  • Flexibility to manage urgent, time-sensitive content and campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
