Position : Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and professionally handle all incoming calls.
- Assist customers who engage with the department in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Provide clear information regarding the services offered by the department.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
Work Arrangement
Work Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Days & Hours : Based on shift schedule (5 working days & 2 off days). Off days are rotational and may not necessarily fall on Saturdays & Sundays.
