Base pay range

Job Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day operations in the clinic, which includes : Customer Service, receive phone calls, reply enquiries, arrange filing, billing, scheduling patients' appointments, admin work , basic cleaning
• Answer and proceed phone calls politely and warmly
• Welcome visitors warmly and cordially and answer any visitor inquiries
• Assist with Basic Social Media Posting (Additional bonus)
• Assist chiropractors & physiotherapists on daily tasks
• Handle necessary documentation related to patient files
