Production Excellent Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize products efficiently and effectively to ensure production are on time without compromising on quality.
• Follow up the daily movement of work in process (WIP) and coordinate with various departments to ensure sales priorities are met.
• Check and verify the production records and checklist is well maintained and available for use when required.
• To work closely with maintenance / technical team in ensuring all machine are in proper working condition and upgrade when needed.
• Able to provide training and guidance to operators, motivate and evaluate their performance from time to time.
• Promote safety through work procedures, work environment and safety programs.
• Control and develop all aspect for processing to improve method and technique of processing to promote consistency of workers' work standard to meet desired quality requirements.
• Maintain and improve production KPIs such as yield, efficiency, productivity, and utilization.
• To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.
