Designation : BIM Coordinator

Salary : RM3,800 - RM6,000

Location : Wangsa Maju

Working Days : 5.5days

Public Holiday : Follow Singapore

Job Description :

Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT;
Preparing for BIM drawing submission to consultants for on-going projects;
Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawing and clash detection;
To participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and assist the BIM Coordinator in any related activities;
Modelling for project tender drawing for construction sequence;
Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements;
Assist in participation of annual BIM awards;
Any other tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirement

Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry (contractor firm preferred) as a BIM Modeller / Coordinator

Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification

Proficient in BIM / Revit (Architectural / Structural and Reinforcement / MEP) modelling and Navisworks

Able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance

Able to start work in short period
