Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Supervise day-to-day operations of restaurant, bar, or banquet service.
- Ensure service standards are consistently delivered in line with company policies.
- Monitor cleanliness, setup, and readiness of outlets before service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service.
Staff Management
Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide excellent service.Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance to ensure adequate coverage.Conduct daily briefings to update staff on promotions, menu changes, and special events.Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance, providing feedback and guidance.Financial & Inventory Control
Assist in monitoring sales performance and suggest improvements.Control wastage and manage inventory of F&B supplies.Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and POS procedures.Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).Enforce workplace safety policies and emergency procedures.Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.Job Type : Full-time
