Responsibilities

  • Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for the leadership team.
  • Implements and supports programs for employee advocacy, ethics, and company Philosophy and Values.
  • Understands critical current and future HR issues and plan, design, and implement programs to address the issues.
  • Implementation of Recruitment, Staffing, C&B ,Performance management, Communication, Employee Engagement and Talent Development.
  • Regulate training management, organize training activities, including but not limited to orientation, business skills training, language training and workshop management etc.
  • Develop managers at all levels in the organization.
  • Understanding legal requirements and detail relative policy.
  • Operation System Support & Operator Engagement Owner.
  • Administration Management.
  • Other project work as assigned.
