Job Summary :
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies. This role involves handling recruitment support, payroll administration, employee records management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Prepare onboarding materials such as starter kits, buddy assignments, email / ID creation, and laptop allocation.
- Assist in employee documentation and bank account registration.
2) Payroll & HR Administration
Prepare payroll summary reports and payslips for staff across campuses.Maintain and update HR trackers, employee personal files, and attendance records.Monitor and report staff absenteeism and leave records to HR Manager (HQ).3) Employee Engagement & Training
Assist in organizing training sessions, staff activities, and recognition programs.Coordinate staff events such as photo sessions, birthday recognition, and staff gifts.Maintain company calendar and knowledge board.4) Compliance & Policy Support
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and practices.Ensure proper documentation is prepared for management approvals.5) Operations Support
Provide administrative assistance to school daily operations.Perform additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager, HR Manager, Business Development Manager, or Executive Chef.Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL Payroll systemAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
