The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role also includes supervising staff, handling customer complaints, and supporting management in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Service
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth flow of service during opening, peak hours, and closing.
- Monitor food presentation, service quality, and hygiene standards.
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Lead and motivate front-of-house team members.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Train new staff on service standards, safety, and company policies.
- Customer Service
- Greet and interact with customers professionally.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Any reports directly to Manager Restaurant.
Requirements
Proven 2 years experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader in F&B.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
