Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safe working practices are observed and complied by all staff / workers at the site
- Ensure that all staff and sub-contractors' workers are using suitable personal protective Equipment
- Carry out and prepare the daily site safety inspection
- Carry out safety programs (safety induction / toolbox meeting)
- Monitor daily safety general workers activities at site
- Inspect the worksite machineries and equipment which are being utilized at the site in order to ensure compliance to the project site safety requirements.
- Assist in incidents / accident investigation and reporting.
- Ensure safety signage, first aid kit, firefighting equipment and adequate supply of safety materials are available at the worksite.
- Ensure all site accessories are safe and housekeeping carried out at site.
- Prepare and submit the safety workers time sheet to the Project Manager / Safety Manager / SHO.
- Assist and report to the Project Manager on issues pertaining to the site safety, health and environmental matters.
- To be a team player and proactive in promoting safety, health and environmental matters at the workplace.
Requirements :
Registered Site Safety Officer with DOSH Malaysia (Green Book Holder)Diploma / Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related disciplineAt least 3 Years project site safety experience (Construction / Semi conductor factory projects preferredWilling to be based on site and travel as requiredProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently at siteJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
