About Company

The company is a digital solutions provider offering comprehensive services including IT solutions, online marketing, content management systems, and artwork design. They help businesses grow their online presence through strategic social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO services. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of the company's or clients' websites and digital assets.

Job Descriptions

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to discover growth opportunities
Optimise on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, etc.)
Build and manage off-page SEO efforts, including backlink strategies
Analyse and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Create monthly reports with actionable insights for client improvement
Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content
Implement and manage SEO best practices on WordPress websites (themes, plugins, SEO tools, speed optimisation, technical fixes)
Communicate directly with clients on SEO strategies, updates, and results
Lead SEO audits and manage campaigns to ensure measurable outcomes

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in marketing principles.

Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO.

No experience is welcomed to apply, training and guidance will be provided.

Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Proficient in WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, speed optimisation, troubleshooting)

Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML / CSS for SEO implementation

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)

Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target audiences.

Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data and improve performance

Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Passionate about SEO and always up to date with the latest industry trends

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Working Location : Icon City, Bukit Mertajam
