This role focuses on providing and developing a competitive and accurate proposal as per customer requirements and will report to the Head of Bid Management in Malaysia.
You'll break new ground by :
- Technical Evaluation & Solution Design
Analyzes customer specifications to determine optimal product and solution integration.
Identifies and proposes the most competitive technical solutions.
Proposal Development & SupportSupports the sales team throughout the proposal process with technical analysis and documentation.
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of proposals.
Costing & Bid PreparationPrepares cost calculations for bids, covering both internal and external scopes.
Project Coordination & SchedulingSets priorities and manages proposal submission timelines in coordination with Sales.
Site Assessment & Stakeholder CollaborationConducts site surveys for design or installation planning.
Coordinates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including :
Educational Background & Technical Expertise : Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in electrical power systems including MV / LV switchgear, transformers, busways, control panels, and SCADA / ENMCS systems.Engineering & Proposal Skills : Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, with added experience in bid / proposal engineering considered a strong advantage.Professional Attributes : A proactive, independent, and customer-focused professional with strong analytical and time management skills, capable of performing well under pressure.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and work well in diverse teams.Digital Proficiency & Adaptability : Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools, adaptable to evolving work environments, and thrives in multicultural settings.In return, we offer you :
